Guidelines (Orals Only)

  • Oral presentations of approximately 15 minutes each with 5 minutes for questions/discussion (20 minutes in total).

  • Presentations must be in English.

  • Presentations must be available on a memory stick the day before the presentation (first day – the morning of the presentation before 08h00) to be handed to the Technical Management Team.

Abstracts

  • Must contain the name(s) of the presenter(s). If more than one, the name of the person presenting must be underlined.
